ABOS SUITE v1.3.1 · AGENTIC BUSINESS OPERATIONS SYSTEM
Built beyond a single ERP: one set of records from formulas and BOMs, planning, batch warehousing, shop-floor reporting and quality release to finance, assembled by manufacturing type, coexisting with or replacing existing systems, with built-in controlled ABOS Agents.
Physical stock is driven only by warehouse movements, and unreleased batches cannot be issued.
Start with two or three modules for readiness, batch barcodes or finance reconciliation, or enable the full stack.
Two industry solutions, process and batch manufacturing and project and engineered manufacturing, preconfigure common processes, dual units and reconciliation rules, targeting around 80% of common needs.
ABOS Agent provides L0 read-only checks, L1 drafting and L2 human-confirmed execution. Core operations run without a language model.
Take a critical raw material awaiting inspection that may delay a customer order. Planning, quality, warehouse, shop floor and ABOS Agent work on one chain:
Before the meeting, ABOS Agent checks work orders due within 7 days and flags 2 customer orders affected by a received batch whose quick-test status is still unknown.
Collects work orders, shortages, alternate batches and owners and drafts inspection and schedule advice, sent to planning and quality through a notification channel (illustrative, configured per client). No order changes or releases.
The quality manager reviews records and releases or freezes the batch. QMS and WMS update together, and unreleased batches cannot be issued.
The planner reviews the draft; it runs after the responsible person confirms, and work orders are released. Staff scan issues and report batches at /m/report; receipts update stock and material cost.
Accrual, reversal and settlement documents are generated and reconciled. Read-only Reporting snapshots keep the record of each delivery adjustment.
Choose the first rollout through familiar workflows. Grey tags show the module boundaries used in traditional software selection.
Control inquiries, quote versions, commitments and shipment authorization. Convert won-deal drafts to formal orders; track shipped, outstanding and overdue quantities.
Explore delivery improvement →Plan from versioned BOMs, released stock, inbound buys and safety stock. Calculate gaps before starting; connect specialist scheduling and lock batches.
Book a readiness demo →Manage supplier qualification, sourcing, PO approval and receipt authorization; track actual on-time delivery and incoming-batch quality.
Discuss purchasing coordination →Receive, store, issue, transfer, count and ship by location and batch, with metre-kilogram conversion. The warehouse is the sole source of physical quantity and posts to finance.
Explore inventory governance →Inspect incoming material, in-process quick tests, first/last pieces and shipments. Receipt is not approval: release, freeze and other decisions enforce stock status, and unreleased batches cannot be issued.
Explore manufacturing & quality →Manage BOMs, routings, released orders, mobile reporting (/m/report), defects and rework. Trace finished-box codes to raw-material and compound batches.
Explore manufacturing & quality →Control formulas, dosing ratios and label versions, plus drawings and eBOMs. Production cannot use an outdated formula or the wrong BOM version.
Discuss formulas & BOM control →Warehouse and shop-floor postings drive valuation and work-order cost, with accruals, reversals, settlement allocation and ledger reconciliation traced to batch documents.
Discuss business-finance reconciliation →Provide consistent read-only Reporting snapshots and cross-team Operations exception registers. ABOS Agents inspect shortage and delivery risks.
Explore operational AI delivery →Manufacturers differ mainly in whether they produce continuously by formula and batch, or design and produce by project and configuration. ABOS Suite layers a generic kernel, industry presets, enterprise configuration and controlled extensions, and offers two industry solutions:
PROCESS & BATCH
Nutrition and health, fine chemicals, new materials, industrial hose, rubber seal and auto-parts makers bound by strict formula, batch, shelf-life and compliance rules.
Route: rapid greenfield rollout from spreadsheets (Route 1); how it combines with an existing ERP is assessed per project. (Synthetic validation sample)
PROJECT & ENGINEERED
Cleanroom-envelope, prefabricated building-material and custom-equipment makers that take orders by project and deliver in batches.
Route: keep the existing system and add transit, readiness and subledgers (Route 2). (Coexistence baseline validated. Synthetic business data validation sample: it does not represent a client production go-live, delivery or acceptance.)
L0
Scheduled or event-based checks read authorized order, stock, quality and inbound facts to spot readiness gaps, delays and overdue obsolete stock. No write access.
L1
Summarize causes, affected orders, source links and candidate responses for role workspaces, or through a notification channel (illustrative, configured per client). No autonomous sending or accounting changes.
L2
Limited to pre-registered internal actions: only after a qualified owner confirms does the system execute controlled domain commands, recording who approved what, when and on which evidence.
For spreadsheet operations or new plants: use 18 standard data sheets and pre-checked imports to establish master data, barcode locations and core documents.
Keep your existing ERP or in-house system as the authority. A non-invasive data bridge, document mirrors and read-only channels add shop-floor barcodes, readiness views or finance subledgers, while approvals jump back to the original system.
Mirror documents and run alongside the old system for at least one full accounting month. Reconcile documents, stock and the ledger to zero differences, then switch over domain by domain.
WeCom / OIDC single sign-on · Mobile barcode reporting (/m/report) and WeCom H5 approvals (/m/approvals) · Automatic document delivery and accurate reconciliation with mainstream group finance and ERP systems such as SAP, Yonyou BIP and Kingdee.
